Bremerton Collision Center is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Prepper to prepare vehicle surfaces for painting. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sand vehicle surfaces to create a smooth surface for painting
  • Apply masking tape and paper to protect areas of the vehicle that will not be painted
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for painting by removing dirt, debris, and imperfections
  • Assist in mixing paint and primers according to manufacturer specifications
  • Collaborate with the painting team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Auto Body Paint Prepper or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of different types of sanding and masking techniques
  • Familiarity with automotive paints, primers, and painting equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
