Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

New Omni Bank N.A. is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and customers, providing excellent service, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Actively solicit new deposit relationships through networking, community involvement, cross-selling, and business development activities.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing personalized service and support.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their banking needs, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with operations to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, bank policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Requires knowledge of deposit products, including demand deposit, money market, savings, and time certificate deposit.
  • Skills: Active listening, excellent writing skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Fluency in a second language is preferred but not required.
