POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Operations Specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service for both curbside and in-store pickups. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately pick and process customer orders for wine, beer, and spirits.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to orders, including missing items and payment declines.
  • Assist customers with their curbside and in-store pickup requests.
  • Efficiently receive, load, and unload product deliveries and transfers.
  • Check-in and organize incoming product deliveries and transfers.
  • Occasionally conduct local deliveries using the company vehicle as required.
  • Maintain and organize orders in the Will-Call area.
  • Perform general maintenance in the warehouse and Will-Call area, including cleaning and cardboard disposal.
  • Collaborate with the retail operations manager to ensure a safe and orderly environment for customers and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Competence in safely loading, unloading, and operating a hand truck.
  • Capacity to stand and walk for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and kneeling is required.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, shipping software, warehouse management systems, and handheld devices is preferred.
