About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sage X3 Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ad Populum. The ideal candidate will take a central role in the company's ongoing global Sage X3 ERP implementation with other Ad Populum owned companies.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Rubies and NECA operations team and key users to assist with system configuration, user training, and project management. After the implementation is complete and stable, focus will shift to continuous improvement, with work centering on increasing system functionality and efficiency through custom development, including design, build, and testing.

The individual must work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to develop solutions for all business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Sage X3 solutions.
  • Configure and customize Sage X3 modules to meet client needs.
  • Provide end-user training and support.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions.
  • Integrate Sage X3 with other business applications and third-party tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sage X3.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest Sage X3 features and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Sage X3 ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of Sage X3 modules, including finance, distribution, and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other database management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sage X3 certification is a plus.
  • Sage Enterprise Intelligence experience is a plus.
