Key Responsibilities

Laser Operator:

  • Operate CNC machines efficiently to produce high-quality metal products.
  • Set up and manage laser machines, including tooling changes and initial inspections, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Interpret blueprints and shop drawings accurately to meet customer specifications.
  • Use cranes to position steel sheets and unload parts from the laser bed, ensuring safe and efficient material handling.
  • Ensure safety by following established procedures and regulations, and perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and maintain a clean work environment.

Bender/Press Brake Operator:

  • Set up and operate bending machines to produce precision-formed metal products.
  • Change tooling, upload jobs into machine interface, and conduct initial inspections to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Interpret computerized blueprints and drawings to meet customer specifications.
  • Perform precision forming, bending, and folding on various metals, including galvanized, Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless.
  • Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, protractors, and tape measures to ensure accurate product quality.
  • Ensure safety by following established procedures and regulations, and perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements

Laser Operator:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
  • Understanding of metal fabrication and proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings.
  • Forklift and overhead crane operation experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and stand for up to 10 hours.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Bender/Press Brake Operator:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Bender/Press Brake Operator.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings.
  • Forklift and overhead crane operation experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and stand for up to 10 hours.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
