The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a compassionate and skilled provider, you'll work closely with our patients to deliver high-quality care that focuses on preventative medicine and patient education. Your standard appointment with patients will be 30 minutes, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide thorough care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients
Work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive care
Focus on preventative medicine and patient education
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of $68.00 - $78.00 depending on experience
8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday
In-person location in Folsom, CA 95630

DEA Certification
FNP-C License or PA-C
1 year of primary care experience (preferred)
