About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Psychotherapist to join our team at Healthy Living Primary Care. Our goal is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to our patients, addressing both their physical and mental well-being. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our skilled family practice and internal medicine doctors, advanced practice providers, therapists, and nutritional life coaches to deliver personalized education and holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients, addressing their mental health needs and working collaboratively with our team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop effective treatment strategies to support patient recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide preventative medicine, personalized education, and holistic patient care, empowering patients to achieve optimal health and wellness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and technological advancements in the field of psychiatry, incorporating this knowledge into your practice to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree
  • Current licensure to practice as a psychiatrist in the state of California
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess and diagnose mental health conditions, develop effective treatment plans, and provide high-quality care
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering comprehensive and compassionate care
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $250,000 - $330,000 per year, depending on experience
