Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Associate/Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and disposing of trash
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store atmosphere

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
