Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate/Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers on a regular basis, providing assistance and answering questions about products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up the sales floor
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing environment. You should be knowledgeable about the products we sell and be able to communicate effectively with customers.
