About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Williams-Sonoma in Pasadena. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for every customer
  • Operate a cash register, accurately processing transactions, handling returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual standards and merchandising guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up and maintaining displays, and maintaining store fixtures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods
