Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations to facilitate informed business decisions and develop effective strategies aimed at maximizing company value.
  • Create financial models that accurately represent business initiatives, including underlying assumptions and targets.
  • Analyze, report, and present business metrics and actionable recommendations as required.
  • Provide timely and precise information essential for effective business management and brand development.
  • Contribute to the formulation of the annual Operating Budget and conduct monthly reviews of brand forecasts within the Consumer Care New Growth sector.
  • Streamline budgeting and forecasting processes across the brand team for enhanced efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and associated cost savings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
  • General knowledge of IFRS standards.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel, with basic skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience with financial systems, analytical tools, and business performance management implementations is essential.
