About the Role
We are seeking an Advanced Telemetry Nurse Specialist to join our team at Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
  • Monitoring and recording patient condition symptoms or changes.
  • Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact required. Additionally, you will need to obtain AHA ACLS certification before the end of the orientation period and BLS required before orientation completion. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. However, we encourage you to discuss your individual circumstances with our recruitment team to determine the most suitable compensation package for you.
