Role Summary:
The Line Cook position is available as a full-time or part-time seasonal role, where you will play a vital part in food preparation, assisting the kitchen team, and ensuring your station meets the standards set by the Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meals in accordance with food safety guidelines and cooking methods.
  • Measure and combine ingredients following recipes or prep records.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of food products at your station to ensure efficient service.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with fellow cooks, wait staff, and the food and beverage team.
  • Familiarize yourself with all kitchen equipment and its proper use.
  • Adjust oven and grill temperatures as necessary to ensure optimal cooking conditions.
  • Monitor and taste food during cooking to ensure quality and proper preparation.
  • Plate and portion dishes consistently according to presentation standards.
  • Label, date, and rotate all stored food items to maintain freshness.
  • Execute closing procedures, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen and storage areas.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess or be willing to obtain ServSafe Certification upon hire. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required, along with previous kitchen experience being preferred. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
