Job Overview

Vidosh North, a leading provider of landscaping and construction services, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join its finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth cash management and accounts payable functions that support the company's projects and mission.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$28 per hour, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and more. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly invoicing for division managers;
  • Track and enter expense receipts into QuickBooks;
  • Reconcile receipts with credit card statements and investigate missing receipts;
  • Process client payments and issue refunds or credits as authorized;
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices;
  • Enter vendor invoices and reconcile them with previous quotes;
  • Prepare and run payments as authorized by the CFO.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounting specialist experience required;
  • Associate degree in accounting or equivalent preferred;
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel preferred but, not required;
  • Experience with financial statement preparation;
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability;
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
