Production Supervisor Opportunity

The Schwebel Baking Company is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the production of high-quality food products. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and train employees to work efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of production staff to ensure quality products are produced on time.
  • Coach and develop employee skills to maximize productivity and minimize operating costs.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure employees adhere to company safety policies.
  • Direct the work of employees in the production and wrap department to ensure products meet quality specifications.
  • Report and take necessary action to prevent food safety and quality problems.
Requirements:
  • Prior supervisory experience in a food processing manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication, human relations, and safety awareness skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers, including MS office applications.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
