Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to students and staff, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate records of student accounts, ensuring up-to-date information and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and management, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and management.
