Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and sales, promoting a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and display areas.
  • Restock merchandise, check inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement asset protection procedures to prevent loss and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including constructing and maintaining displays, and completing resets and revisions as directed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
  • Assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
