Electrical Project Manager

This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects, leading teams and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality electrical installations. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met, developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring all electrical work complies with safety standards, building codes, and specifications, identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, leading and managing project teams, including hiring, training, and performance management, reviewing and approving electrical designs and plans, maintaining clear and accurate project documentation, conducting regular project status meetings and reports, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion.
2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
3. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
4. Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, building codes, and specifications.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
6. Lead and manage project teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
7. Review and approve electrical designs and plans.
8. Maintain clear and accurate project documentation.
9. Conduct regular project status meetings and reports.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Electrical Project Manager role should have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the electrical, commercial, or industrial construction industry.
2. Proficient in project management software and tools.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and building codes.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9. A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate potential issues before they arise.
