Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a House Attendant at Grand Pacific Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide room attendants with necessary supplies to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Empty carts of soiled linen and trash, and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Clean and maintain resort corridors, stairs, patio deck, garage, hot tub, sauna, and public areas to the highest standards
  • Assist with VIP room preparations, including chemical cleaning of carpets and turning mattresses as scheduled
  • Perform various tasks to support the Executive Housekeeper, including running errands and maintaining supply and storage of linen
  • Work closely with front desk staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience in the hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to multitask effectively and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English is preferred
  • Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
  • Must be able to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
