Overview

At Chi, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift
  • Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
  • Collaborate with social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging teams


Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • One Year of Experience in Medical Surgical Unit
  • Active Texas RN license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Nursing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS AHA)
  • Quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire
