Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Health Advocates Network, Inc. as a Mental Health Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including assessments of criminal, psychological, and substance abuse case history.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that reflect the standard of practice and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions, as well as crisis intervention and support services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Document all care provided to clients, including face-to-face contacts and Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IOTT) meetings.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Consult with supervisors and other healthcare professionals to ensure best practices and effective treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Psychologist within the last 36 months.
  • Proficiency in the English language and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
  • Required licenses, permits, and/or certifications in the state of CA.
