Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Science Lab Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing resources, preparing materials, and providing administrative support to the Science department.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inventory management, including stocktake, replenishment, repairs, and replacements of resources in the Science Labs.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and ensure resources are organized neatly in planning schedules.
- Prepare and set up resources in alignment with the scheme of work and teacher specifications.
- Handle printing and photocopying tasks in the Printing Room.
- Prepare teaching aids, including cutting and lamination work, in the Science Labs.
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties and preparation of resources for the Authority as required.
Work Schedule
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of a 0.5-hour lunch break.
Friday: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of a 0.5-hour lunch break.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N level.
- 1 year of working experience in a Science Lab.
- Location: Punggol Area.
