Job Overview

Position: Supply Chain Production Coordinator

Compensation: $31.07 per hour

Shift: Day Shift

Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule with in-office days from Tuesday to Thursday

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the efficient flow of raw materials, components, subassemblies, assemblies, or finished products from both external and internal suppliers. Identify and expedite critical materials as necessary.
  • Analyze and oversee open sales order reports, forecast schedules, and inventory levels; maintain, update, and input data into the material control system, ensuring accuracy in reports and adjusting material counts when discrepancies arise.
  • Act as a representative in shipment status meetings, ensuring follow-ups are conducted to meet commitments.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the final approval of products throughout the entire production cycle.
  • Align production plans to guarantee that materials are supplied according to established schedules.
  • Provide insights to management and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Production, and Engineering departments.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, or Spare Parts Operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, supporting both internal and external customers in production and scheduling.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities along with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
