Leadership Mentorship Program Director

The Director of Professional Mentoring Program will provide guidance and support to professionals and alumni regarding program enrollment and participation, promote the program to internal and external stakeholders, and perform administrative tasks. This full-time exempt position reports directly to the Int. VP of Institutional Advancement.
Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise professionals and alumni on program enrollment and participation
- Promote the program to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform administrative tasks and supervise the Professional Mentoring Coordinator
A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. A minimum of 2 years of related professional experience or a completed graduate degree is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Banner student database system
- Experience working in a higher education setting
- Experience with career development and/or internship placement
