About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead complex, global enterprise initiatives in our Music Publishing Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and build business processes and engineering systems to support music publishing royalty reporting, accruals, and payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and propose technical solutions that are user-friendly, scalable, and address key business issues.
  • Communicate requirements to engineering teams via clearly written documents and concise verbal communication.
  • Assess and recommend solutions to deliver required capabilities and help determine a roadmap.
  • Work with team members to identify current and future business needs.
  • Drive initiatives through to execution while focusing on project and status transparency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of product management experience with cross-functional and data-driven systems.
  • Experience in leading software and system implementations across large organizations.
  • Ability to define technical requirements, process flow diagrams, and review data/systems architecture.
  • Proficiency in handling large data files using UNIX commands, shell scripts, and SQL.
  • Ability to understand business process gaps, document, and get consensus on tradeoffs and define practical solutions.
