About the Role

Motos America is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Motorcycle Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in assisting customers in finding their perfect ride while fostering a sense of community among fellow riders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers with enthusiasm and provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process. Listen attentively to their needs, preferences, and riding aspirations to offer tailored recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our motorcycle inventory, including features, specifications, and available accessories. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Sales Execution: Demonstrate persuasive sales techniques while maintaining integrity and transparency. Guide customers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiries to final sales.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns. Strive to exceed customer expectations and cultivate long-term loyalty.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the values and ethos of Motos America by embodying a passion for motorcycles and a dedication to exceptional customer service. Serve as a brand ambassador both within the dealership and throughout the riding community.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory management. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for motorcycles and a deep understanding of various brands, models, and riding styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also thriving independently.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn dealership-specific software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs and dealership events.
