Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation and Innovation Director to join our team at Gerber Childrenswear.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position responsible for driving technology modernization and innovation across the organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale IT transformations, with expertise in legacy system migration, process optimization, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Tech Modernization: Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of a cutting-edge IT infrastructure that enhances efficiency, reduces costs, and improves productivity.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure the company's IT infrastructure is secure, resilient, and compliant with industry regulations and standards.
- Vendor Relationships: Oversee relationships with technology vendors, ensuring the company leverages best-in-class tools and services while managing costs effectively.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale IT transformations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of legacy systems and experience in migrating to modern ERP, CRM, and other enterprise-level systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team through significant change.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to align IT strategy with business objectives and drive technological innovation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex projects.
