About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Administrator to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our corporate security division, you will play a critical role in analyzing US government security policies and procedures for a Personnel Security (PERSEC) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and implement US government security policies and procedures for a PERSEC program
  • Conduct security briefings and clearance pre-screens
  • Process staff for clearance actions and verify visit requests
  • Update various databases and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Address PERSEC matters with employees and work in a team environment
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience with personnel and industrial security
  • Experience with DISS, NBIS, SWFT, and eAPP
  • Knowledge of NISPOM, DoD directives, EOs, or ICDs
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as an FSO or CSSO
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience with personnel and industrial security in lieu of a degree
  • Completion of DCSA courses, Personnel Security Management, and Introduction to DoD Personnel Security Adjudication
