Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to owners and guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Perform home inspections to ensure owner residences meet quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Perform light housekeeping and maintenance duties as required.
  • Ensure all service standards are followed, handling owner concerns and reacting quickly to guarantee memorable moments.
  • Proudly represent the property and brand, promoting our facilities and services.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience is an asset.
  • Prior experience working in a hotel or residential property is preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
Physical Aspects of the Position
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
