Position: Electrical Engineering Specialist

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Compensation: $35-39/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage field change documentation and requests for information.
  • Examine project design and engineering documentation to confirm completeness and readiness for execution.
  • Assess material installation through thorough inspection and documentation.
  • Ensure material quality and craftsmanship meet established codes and specifications.
  • Collaborate with construction engineers, discipline superintendents, foremen, and skilled trades professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (or international equivalent).
  • 5-10 years of pertinent experience in electrical construction (varies by level).
  • Proficient understanding of design codes and standards (NFPA, NQA-1).
  • US Citizenship is a requirement.
