Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lab Assistant to join our team at Overlake Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in specimen collection, preparation, and phlebotomy, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood and other specimens for laboratory testing
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
• Perform phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture and fingerstick
• Assist with laboratory testing and quality control
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Technical training or certification in phlebotomy and laboratory procedures
• At least six months of hospital experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
