About the Role

As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in a home-based, clinic, and school setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collecting data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Supporting BCBAs with training families on implementing treatment plans
  • Participating in team meetings and training workshops
  • Ensuring a safe and positive environment for clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Commitment to working flexible, full- and part-time schedules
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science or related field
  • At least one year of clinical experience with a pediatric population
  • ABA experience
