Behavior Therapist

As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in a home-based, clinic, and school setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collecting data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
• Supporting BCBAs with training families on implementing treatment plans
• Participating in team meetings and training workshops
• Ensuring a safe and positive environment for clients

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Commitment to working flexible schedules and handling confidential information responsibly
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

We prefer candidates with a Registered Behavior Technician Certification, a Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science or related field, and experience working with a pediatric population.
