ABA Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an ABA Technician. As a key member of our autism treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing behavior therapy to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
• Support BCBAs with training families on implementing treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for clients

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Commitment to working flexible schedules
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

We prefer candidates with:

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification
• Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science or related field
• At least one year of clinical experience with a pediatric population
• ABA experience
