Job Responsibilities:
Engage in various tasks associated with turkey processing operations.

Key Duties:

  • Execute tasks such as deboning turkey meat.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report any malfunctions.
  • Adapt to different roles within the processing department.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Adhere to safety protocols, USDA regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Maintain a tidy workspace and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Meet the physical demands of the position while working at production speed.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Potential for bending, stooping, twisting, and squatting.

Work Environment:

  • Operate in a cold setting with high noise levels from machinery.
  • Handle various chemicals, fumes, and animal by-products.

Minimum Requirements:

  • No specific educational background required.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Eligibility to work legally in the United States is required.
