Culinary Operations Manager

About the Role:
The Culinary Services Director at Red Bench Management is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Culinary Department. This includes planning, organizing, and directing the daily activities of the department to ensure quality nutritional services are provided and the department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate department staff to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Evaluate staff performance and provide recommendations for merit pay increases, reprimands, or terminations
- Make recommendations to the Executive Director regarding department operations and staff issues
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in culinary management. A strong understanding of nutrition and safety protocols is also essential.
