Director of Culinary Operations

The Director of Culinary Operations at Red Bench Management is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our culinary department. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in food service management and a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine to our residents.
The essential duties of this position include:
- Developing and implementing menu plans that meet the dietary needs of our residents
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Supervising a team of cooks and kitchen staff
- Budgeting and managing food costs
