Nurse - Skilled Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information, identifying potential health concerns and collaborating with the healthcare team to address them.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed, promoting optimal healing and comfort for our residents.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care, providing guidance and support as needed.
