Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of inbound and outbound intermodal units using a computer system and/or handheld device.
  • Control access into and out of facilities, supporting on-site logistics and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
