Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic Graveyard Shift Technician to join our team at A&A Ready Mixed Concrete. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of heavy-duty trucks and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and equipment, including diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues with heavy-duty equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair, with a focus on diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues with heavy-duty equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
