Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Concierge to provide exceptional service to our guests and owners. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless stay for our guests, from coordinating in-room services to handling guest requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate guest services, including in-room services and vendor management
  • Ensure timely notification of room availability to arriving guests
  • Develop and implement guest recognition programs and welcome gifts for repeat and VIP guests
  • Coordinate with Guest Services to ensure all guest requests are handled efficiently
  • Perform special projects and other duties as requested
Requirements
  • Professional communication skills, including email, phone, and video calls
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Prior housekeeping experience a plus
