Join our team at The Lion, one of Vail's newest luxury properties, managed by East West Hospitality as a Front Desk ConciergeWe're seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Concierge to become an integral part of our team. As a member of our close-knit team, you'll collaborate with our Front Desk, Engineering, and Housekeeping units at our exquisite boutique establishment nestled in the heart of Lionshead Village. While the primary duties within this role are Front Desk responsibilities, there's an exciting opportunity to extend your assistance to owners through Concierge services, opening doors to potential commission-based earningsResponsibilities Include:Greeting and welcoming guests and ownersChecking guests in an out while assisting with luggage and property toursAssisting guests and owners with concierge requests such and restaurant reservations, activities, transportation, and housekeeping requestsLocation: The Lion, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO Employment Status: Full Time Seasonal and Full Time Year Round positions availableStart Date: ASAP/FlexiblePay Rate: $22 / hour + commissions and any tips earned Annual 10% bonus based on performanceSchedule: Flexible mix of AM (7:30am-3:30pm) and PM (1:00pm-9:00pm) shifts.Posting Closing Date: 10/30/2024 (or until filled)Minimum Requirements One year of guest service experience Excellent guest service skillsBenefits & Perks:Full time, year round employees can choose from three Health Insurance plans, plus Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefits, along with Life Insurance for added peace of mind.
