Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Clinical Nursing Instructor to join our team at Williamsburg Technical College. As a Clinical Nursing Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a clinical setting, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the nursing program.

Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor students in a clinical setting, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the nursing program.
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of the nursing program, ensuring that students receive a comprehensive education in nursing theory and practice.
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to students, faculty, and administrators to ensure that students are meeting program outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement clinical experiences that meet the needs of the nursing program.
  • Participate in program evaluation and accreditation processes to ensure that the nursing program meets the standards of the accrediting agency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active license as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina or another compact state.
  • Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience as a Registered or Advance Practice Nurse related to field of primary responsibility.
  • Master's degree in Nursing and active license as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina or another compact state preferred.
