Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Analyst to join our team at Chenega Government Mission Solutions (CGMS). As a Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our federal client in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our program management team and client leadership to oversee, assess, and track the status of client requirements.
  • Prepare senior leader decision packages and coordinate inputs from various stakeholders.
  • Lead support across team members to ensure timely preparation for working group meetings.
  • Build productive collaboration among diverse stakeholders and resolve complex problems.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex issues and identify administrative problems and process gaps.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience as a policy analyst supporting the DoD, OSD, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or Military Services.
  • Experience researching and evaluating reports from private and public organizations dedicated to defense studies.
  • Experience conducting research and analysis and contributing to the coordination of strategy or doctrine for military operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in DoD correspondence and support processes
  • Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated organizational skills using programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and/or Power BI
