Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures
  • Support the merchandise recovery and maintenance process, ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing store
  • Engage with customers to promote our Rewards program and complete enrollments
  • Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of merchandise
  • Support shrink and safety programs, maintaining a safe and secure store environment
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all channels
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
Work Environment

Our store is a public retail setting with a climate-controlled environment. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and outdoor work may be required for tasks such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. The Frame shop contains glass cutters and heat presses.
