Job Title: Senior Data Insights Specialist

About the Role:

  • Evaluate user experience, engagement, and purchasing data across our digital touchpoints to provide insights and actionable advice for marketing purposes;
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers to develop insightful reports & dashboards to evaluate and optimize campaign performance;
  • Turn business questions into clear analysis problems and search for answers by assessing historical information, collecting new data, and conducting experiments;
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and digital marketing managers to implement a data strategy, expand data-driven marketing campaigns, and increase data literacy throughout our organization;
  • Build relationships and connect with internal stakeholders to create and refine tools and processes needed to support commercial growth of our e-commerce business.

About You:

  • You bring previous experience in relevant Data Analytics roles, having worked with digital marketing stakeholders within your career;
  • Your demonstrated experience in leveraging analytics and systematic experimentation to improve e-commerce KPIs for customer acquisition and engagement;
  • A profound knowledge of SQL is a must, any additional knowledge of Python or R is a plus;
  • A solid understanding of descriptive statistics and exploratory data analysis;
  • A strong investigative mindset and your demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate requests into requirements;
  • Hands-on experience in data-driven performance optimization in one or more of these areas: email and digital ad campaigns, attribution modeling, conversion rate optimization;
  • Experience with modern data analytics tools and platforms, especially the Google stack: Google Analytics / Tag Manager / Ads, BigQuery, Data Studio;
  • Your strong sense of ownership and your ability to achieve high-quality results based on imperfect data;
  • You are fluent in English with strong verbal and visual communication skills to present findings to diverse audience groups.

  • An estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience;
