Key Responsibilities

  • Resident Engagement - Striving to make our residents feel at home, ensuring they are well-supported and take pride in their living spaces.
  • Operational Duties - Overseeing the efficient turnaround of apartments, diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, coordinating with service providers, and assisting the maintenance team as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education - A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory, along with certifications from relevant training programs in maintenance.
  • Availability - Willingness to participate in on-call service rotations.
  • Experience - A minimum of three to four years in property maintenance is required.
  • Communication - Proficient communication skills in English are essential.
  • Technical Proficiency - Basic computer skills and familiarity with construction materials and tools are necessary.
  • Physical Requirements - The role involves various physical tasks, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $32.25 to $36.00 per hour
  • Incentives: Includes Referral Bonuses, Training Coach Bonuses, and additional rewards.
