This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $61,870 - $86,330, based on location and experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing loan portfolios, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with various teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Manage day-to-day loan portfolio servicing, including booking cash transactions and making payments, inputting general ledger entries, and conducting complex calculations.
  • Interact with external counterparties to resolve positions and outstanding balances/claims.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients to ensure delivery of NAM products to Citi clients.
  • Identify process or procedural improvements within the Ops group with both internal and external partners to create efficiencies.
  • Apply professional judgment, analytical thinking, and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to make recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in loan operations, risk management, or financial services.
  • Utilize advanced communication, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills to interact with colleagues, management, and internal/external clients.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
