Automation Maintenance Specialist at Zenith Products

The position is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of machinery in the Wood Processing Department. This includes troubleshooting, mechanical, and electrical repairs, as well as preventive maintenance to prevent downtime and increase productivity.

Critical tasks:

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.
  • Document work on a PC-based maintenance program.
  • Identify opportunities for equipment performance improvements.

Work closely with department supervision to maximize uptime and efficiencies.

Ideal candidate exhibits:

  • 3 years experience in automation manufacturing.
  • 3 years experience in mechanical and electrical.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics proficiently.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to read and write in English.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
