Seeking a Full-Time RN for Geriatric Care

We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth in Newark, DE. As a geriatric care nurse specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to elderly patients in the community.

About the Role
  • Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients
  • Develop and implement care plans that are goal-oriented and patient-centered
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to build personalized care plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years
  • Current Delaware RN license or compact state license
  • At least 1 year of RN experience; previous home healthcare and med-surgical experience preferred
